Frequently asked questions
Questions schools ask about EduRolia
Here are concise answers to the questions we hear most often when schools evaluate an admissions CRM.
What is EduRolia?
EduRolia is a CRM for managing prospective families through a school's admissions process, from initial enquiry to visit, application and enrolment. It is built for schools in Spain, including private and state-subsidised schools, nurseries and school groups.
Does it replace our school ERP or SIS?
No. EduRolia focuses on pre-enrolment enquiries and admissions follow-up. An ERP or student information system remains responsible for academic and administrative records. Any data exchange is reviewed for the systems your school actually uses.
Can we manage WhatsApp, email and website enquiries?
Yes, families arriving through those channels can be managed within the same admissions workflow. The way messages enter the CRM, the available inbox experience and any automation depend on the configured integrations. We can review your channels during a demo.
Does EduRolia manage Spain's official admissions allocation?
It helps schools organise their own enquiries and follow-up. It does not replace the official admissions procedure or decide allocations for state-subsidised schools.
How can we see the product?
Request demo access through the form. The existing demo flow is designed to email access to a real EduRolia environment with up to 10 test contacts, so your team can explore the workflow before deciding on a further conversation.
Is the admissions assessment free?
Yes. The assessment asks 12 questions across six areas and returns an immediate indicative score with recommendations. It is a self-assessment rather than an external audit or ranking.
