EduRolia offers an authenticated connection for permitted CRM queries and actions from ChatGPT. It is designed to respect real user permissions and separation between schools or centres.

What it is for

A permitted user can ask questions about authorised admissions information and use enabled actions where the integration supports them. The connection can make routine CRM work easier, but the exact capabilities depend on the tools enabled for the account and the permissions granted to that user.

Permissions remain in force

Access is authenticated with OAuth. The integration must not grant wider access than a user has in EduRolia. Data remains separated by centre according to the actual access model. Schools should review their own settings and approved workflows before enabling it for staff.

Scope and support
