Data we collect

Identification and professional information you provide: name, work email, role, educational centre, telephone number and message.
Information about your request, such as the form source, interest in a demo or dossier download.
For the admissions assessment: questionnaire answers, scores by area and generated recommendations.
Browsing and usage data only if you consent to analytics, including pages visited, clicks and aggregate performance metrics.

Purposes and legal basis

To handle information requests, send a dossier and coordinate demos: consent given when submitting the form and, where applicable, pre-contractual steps you request.
To respond to later communications about your request: pre-contractual steps and management of the commercial relationship.
To generate, store and email your requested assessment result: consent given in the assessment form. Receiving the result does not mean agreeing to marketing messages.
To send admissions-related commercial resources only if you tick the optional marketing consent box.
To measure website use only if you consent through the cookie banner.

Recipients and processors

Forms use the technical infrastructure needed to operate the website and notify the EduRolia team. Depending on the service, providers include Vercel for website hosting; Resend for form notifications and automated replies; Supabase for assessment answers and results; and Google and Vercel Web Analytics only when you accept analytics. We do not sell personal data or share it for unrelated purposes, except where required by law.

Retention and international transfers

We keep data for as long as needed to manage the request, maintain the resulting commercial history and meet legal obligations. Analytics retention follows each provider's settings and our cookie policy. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, EduRolia seeks appropriate safeguards under the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses or other valid mechanisms. The main hosting region communicated for the product and operational infrastructure is the European Union.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing or portability by writing to contact@edurolia.com. If you consider that processing does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
